I am a host from the bottom of my heart and service is the key to success – not only in the hospitality industry. In my lectures for students I am teaching the ‘Perfect World’ and, of course, as a consultant the target is always to reach the optimality for and with my customers.

When I was a child, I told everybody that I will become a hotelier. After graduation I took my first steps into this amazing and fascinating world at the Steigenberger hotel training school in Bavaria. This very comprehensive first year was followed by a traineeship for hotel management and several positions along the way. Joining Micros-Fidelio back in 1998 has been the perfect opportunity to combine my logical thinking and technical skills with my experience made so far in the hospitality industry. It was a very interesting time and I gained so much more knowledge about all areas of operations and many different kinds of businesses.

Since 2010 I am travelling the world of hospitality and have seen and experienced a lot of good and bad examples for operations.

I am an idealist and I always love to make the world a little better, again and again. This also means that I will not stop before I found the solution I am absolutely convinced of. On the way I will ask many questions, appreciate and use open, honest and direct communication. Respect, trust and esteem are essential for every dedicated exchange of views.
